Life will change, so will we. Some of us willingly, some of us reluctantly, and some of us unconsciously. You know constant change is what we all share in common. At times in my life I have felt victimized by change, like the loss of my first husband in Vietnam, and struggled against change for many years. I struggled until I was totally exhausted and had to concede that change has the upper hand, always.
My life continues to change at a rapid rate. I figure yours does, too. Recently, it seems, I’ve changed from young to middle age quite unexpectedly, and am feeling new creative forces in my life rising to the challenges ahead. For one, I have opened the door to the artist inside I had locked away many years before. What an incredibly satisfying role I had postponed for the closing act.
